Accreditation 2011
Information for ON-LINE accreditation system is available for national federations, teams, media and press representatives. Accreditation card is required to enter the venue of 2011 ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup in Prague.
Accreditation guidelines:
1. register for access to accreditation system - by pressing the button "Create Account" you will get the possibility to fill required information for succesful access to online system.
If you already have an account from last year - please use it. If you forget the password you can get it filling your previously used email and pressing button "Generate password"
After submitting form you will receive email with password to online system.
2. Login to accreditation system using your email address and password, which you have received by email.
3. Now you are able to insert individual person into accreditation system. You have to register also your own person if you wish to come. System is prepared also for coaches and other responsible persons who wish to insert all persons from team. You have to fill all required information. Submit also picture for all registered people and you will benefit from prepared accreditation cards before you come to Prague.
If you have registered people last year - you can find them under the link "my archive". Then you can simply load this data in accreditation for 2011.
4. When you come to Prague you can ask for your accreditation cards in the Race Office (until Thursday 11th June). There will be accreditation centre near the PRESS centre (access from the restaurant) during the competition days (Friday - Sunday).
Additional information
Athletes and Teams:
All information above are important for all athletes and teams.
Accreditation fee of 40,- Euro must be paid in the Race Office, where you will also receive prepared accreditation cards.
Media, Press and Photo:
Accreditation is free for all media representatives. Access to the venue will be free until the Friday 18. June. You have to show your accreditation card or media (press) ID when you access the venue on Saturday and Sunday. You have to immediately visit PRESS centre for accreditation process where you will get accreditation card, which is required in MIX zones. Photographers will also receive a jacket "PHOTO" for access on opposite site of the course.
