In June, the Canoe Slalom World Cup will bring the world’s elite to Prague

REI 9978Prague-Troja will once again host one of the highlights of the international canoe slalom season this year. From 5 to 7 June 2026, the Troja slalom course will welcome a new edition of the Canoe Slalom World Cup, bringing the absolute world elite to the Czech capital along with a unique sporting atmosphere.

The Troja course has long been regarded as one of the traditional and exceptionally popular stops of the World Cup series. The Prague organizing committee ranks among the most experienced in the world and, under the leadership of former Olympic medallist Jiří Rohan, regularly delivers an event that offers not only top-class sporting performances, but also an unforgettable experience for spectators right in the heart of Prague.

This year again, fans can look forward to exciting battles between the world’s best canoe slalom athletes, a fantastic atmosphere at the venue, and a rich accompanying programme. Autograph sessions, meetings with athletes, and other activities that make the Troja event a special occasion for the whole family and for all water sports enthusiasts will also be part of the programme.

The World Cup stop in Prague will be one of the key moments of the 2026 season. The athletes will then battle for the world title in July in Oklahoma.

This year, Prague-Troja will once again confirm its exceptional place on the map of world canoe slalom and offer spectators a sporting spectacle with tradition, prestige, and a unique atmosphere created by its loyal fans.
